Processing Time
Each piece is handmade with care and may require multiple resin layers and curing time. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order ships.
How Custom Orders Work
Custom pieces are created based on your selected colors, flowers, name, lettering, and overall design style. Because every piece is made by hand, each keepsake is beautifully one of a kind.
Flower Variations
We use real pressed flowers, so slight differences in color, shape, placement, and texture may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes every Natonah Everlasting piece unique.
Care Instructions
Keep away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and sharp objects. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Do not place in the dishwasher or soak in water.
Are Your Trays Food Safe?
Our trays are finished with a durable, crystal-clear, UV-resistant resin coating. While they are suitable for serving wrapped or dry food items, we recommend avoiding direct contact with extremely hot foods or cutting directly on the surface to preserve the beauty of your piece over time.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Once your order is complete, tracking information will be sent to your email.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each item is handmade and/or personalized, custom orders are final sale. Cancellations may only be accepted before production begins. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
